I love love love my mummy and daddy... haha... just when i'm all emo-ish and mopy about my non-existant love life, my mummy and daddy unknowingly do stuff to remind me what true love is all about :)
remember the TVB calender that i really really wanted but couldn't find anyone to bring it back from Hong Kong for me?? I'VE FINALLY GOT IT!! WOO HOO!!!
here's what happened... mummy and I were shopping in jurong point a couple of days back when **as usual** i dragged her into the DVD shop to see what new shows they have... just then, i saw IT!! it was hanging there!! staring at me!! JANUARY!! OMG!! BOSCO!! RAYMOND!!! AHHHHHHHHH...
lol... okok getting abit too drama... yea, as i was saying... there it was... the calander that i've been looking for... hanging in the DVD shop!! so i turned around and told my mom "NEH! THATS THE CALENDER I WANTED LOR... BUT I DON'T THINK ITS FOR SALE LAH..." before i could finish my sentance, my mom was already at the counter asking to buy the calender!! lol... my mom is the sweetest... i didn't even ask for it lah.. but she knew that i really wanted it... she was prepared to buy that one that was hanging on the wall but fortunately the shop actually had a few for sale... **skips around and squeals like crazy happy girl** lol...

ok... now... i'm gonna talk about how sweet my daddy is... a couple of MONTHS back, we were shopping at Taka when i came across this Aramis teddy bear... i think u had to buy some products or spend a certain amount at the shop before u could get the bear lah... so i told my dad that i liked the bear... and asked him to buy some stuff from the shop lah, so that i could get the bear... but he stared at me with his 2mm eyes and said " SO BIG ALREADY STILL LOOKING AT BEARS!! I WON'T BUY THE PRODUCT FROM HERE... BUY FROM ELSEWHERE SO MUCH CHEAPER... BUT NO BEAR LAH... U WANT THE BEAR FOR WAD!!"...
the bear was sort of an impulse WANT lah coz it was so darn cute... so when he said i couldn't have the bear, i totally forgot about it a few minutes later... but who knew... he remembered... lol... he came home yesterday with the bear and said NAH... YOUR BEAR!! lol...
daddy has the tendency to do that though... since i was a kid, everytime i asked for something, he would say NO, then secreatly buy what i want and SURPRISE me... lol... he hasn't done that in a long time lah... so i was really pleasantly surprised when he got me the bear... :)
The bear... i named him SAM... lol...
