ok... since i was too lazy to blog yesterday, i shall update yesterday's news and today's news in 1 post... nothing much happened lah so it won't be that long... lol...
yesterday Bern and I went to watch Baverly Hills Chihuahuas...
the show is sooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo cute!! omg!! those rich lap dogs sure are living the high life!! sheesh... i'd trade my life for theirs anyday... lol... just kidding... as cute as it looks, i really don't think dogs should be pampered **or want to be pampered** in that manner lah... i mean the occasional dress up for photo op is ok but do they really need to wear such expensive clothes 24/7... there are stray dogs dying of hunger everyday for pete's sake!!
most small-ish dogs are often treated as fashion accessories and kept in purses all the time... IMO, there's nothing wrong with bringing dogs out in strollers and bags **my lazy dog loves sitting in the stroller and bag when we bring him out** but dogs are pack animals that require daily migration **aka walks**... Elvis loves sitting in the stroller when we bring him out on weekends but he still goes for his daily walks **2x a day, minimum**...
the movie also promotes adoption and persuades people not to treat dogs as fashion accessories which is quite cool... i just hope that ignorant people won't go flying to petshops to buy to their own "chloe" or "papi"... having a dog is a lifetime commitment people... don't get a pet on impulse!!! **given the number of dog related movies coming up this holiday season, i really hope people won't go buying dogs as X'mas prezzies**...
ok...movie aside... i started spring cleaning my room today... haha... and no... its not too early to start... people who've visited the past few months would know that my room looks like a war torn area... but all that's gonna change coz i've packed my books **that were originally stuffed under my study table during the exam period** and i'm changing some furniture!! in a couple of days, my room will no longer look like a war zone! Yay... and this time, i'm determind to keep it clean **at least until after chinese new year lah** haha...
ok...time for bed.. gotta wake up early tomorrow... Blur and I are gonna see Raymond Lam... YAYYYYY... haha... i can't believe that Raymond Lam is in Singapore like right now!!! ahhhhhhhhhhhh....
